“Cabernet Sauvignon is the grape variety from which Racemus Vini (translation from Latin “”bunch of wine””) is produced.
Racemus Vini has a ruby red color with violet hues, sometimes garnet red, intense aromas of plum as well as blackberry and cherry.
The taste is slightly sour but with elegant and persistent tannic and peppery sensations, moreover fruity notes are delicately returned to close the intense moment.
Pairing
Racemus Vini is to be tasted together with soppressa vicentina with toasted polenta, pasta with meat sauces, grilled white meat or with small game.
Serve at room temperature, better if decanted.
