Moro wine is produced with a blend of Syrah and Merlot, it shows an intense ruby red color, with a strong aroma reminiscent of red berried fruit, raspberry in particular, and a pleasing background of fermenting must accompanied by herbaceous aromas.
On the palate it has slightly tannic notes which give way to a delicate hint of licorice.

To be paired with robust one-dish meals, aged cheeses, natural cured meats, stews, roasts and grilled meats.
Serve at room temperature preferably decanted.
